'The Room Two' Now Available for iPad


Developer Fireproof Games has released The Room Two for iOS devices, which acts as a follow up title to Apple's 2012 selection for iPad Game of the Year, The Room. Much like its predecessor, The Room Two centers around puzzle-based gameplay as the player attempts to solved a general mystery left behind by a scientist, traveling through various locations in search of various clues.

Rovio Pulls Down Paywall For Original Angry Birds On iPhone, iPad To Reignite Downloads On Legacy Games As App Of The Week

Angry Birds may be one of the most popular apps of all time, but it’s also not exactly a spring chicken. And so, to boost its downloads, publisher Rovio is now making the original iOS versions for iPhone and iPad free and getting named the App of the Week on the App Store. According to Ouriel Ohayon of Appsfire, who was the first to have spotted this, this is the first time Rovio has taken down the paywall on these versions.

Apple sent me an iPad on loan. The whole iOS thing was getting kind of ridiculous. I didn’t own an iOS device (my phone’s Android) and the world of iGaming was passing me by. I bought an iPad Mini for my wife for Christmas and thought that would do for testing games. I’m sure it would, but I barely get to touch it. Fiona never puts it down.
